Are your candles non-toxic?

Absolutely! Our candles are made form 100% natural soy wax, and premium, chemical free, cruelty free, fragrance oils. Our candles contain zero pollutants, carcinogens, or toxins.

How long will my Urban Burn candle burn for?

Our 8oz soy candles will burn for approximately 50 hours! You can ensure your candle lasts as long as possible by following our candle care tips for proper candle care.

- Let your candle burn to the edges of the jar before extinguishing.

- Trim your wick to a quarter inch before lighting.

- Keep your candle out of direct sunlight/or breezy areas when lit.

Where are Urban Burn candles made?

All our products are hand poured and quality controlled at our studio in Mississauga.

Can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?

Yes! You can place an order for pick-up from our studio in Mississauga.

Can I make my order a gift?

If you would like gift wrapping or a custom note on your thank you card, let us know in the comment section at checkout!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! You can select your country and enter the appropriate address at checkout. All orders are packaged with care to ensure your items arrive safely.

How long will it be until i receive my order?

Allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping time depends on selected shipping method and location. For pick-up orders, all orders should be ready within 2-5 business days of date ordered.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once completing your purchase you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive an additional message once your order has shipped which will include tracking information. If you selected pick-up, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up. This email will provide the address again as well as pick-up times.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Yes! If there are any problems with the address you have entered, or if you would like to send your package directly to someone else, send us an email including your order number and appropriate address.
