Once your candle has finished, you can purchase a refill.
Here's how it works:
We will need the bottom of your lamp in order to clean it out and pour a new candle with the scent of your choice.
If you are not local to Toronto:
If you are not close enough to us to drop your lamp off at any of the below locations, don’t worry we can still refill it for you! Proceed with purchasing your refill and select your preferred shipping option. Once we receive your refill order we will generate a shipping label for you (cost covered by us), which we will email to you in order for you to send your lamp back to us!
Print this label off, package up the bottom of your lamp, attach this label to the outside of your shipping box, and drop your package off at your local post office!
If you live within the GTA:
Below you will find a list of locations we offer in order to make it as convenient as possible for you to get your lamp back to us! Once you select the scent you want your refill to be, proceed to checkout and select the pick-up option. Upon purchase we will contact you to arrange getting your lamp back to us to be refilled!
